Cash on delivery (COD)
- Available on most orders across Pakistan
- Pay the courier in PKR when the package arrives
- Inspect the package before payment when possible
- Large bulk orders may require partial advance — we will confirm before dispatch
6-month warranty
Physical tags are covered against manufacturing defects for six months from delivery. QR registration and platform access remain free beyond that period.
Replacement & returns
- Damaged on arrival: WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours with photos — free replacement.
- Wrong item: We exchange at no extra shipping cost if reported within 3 days.
- Change of mind: Unopened tags may be returned within 7 days; return shipping may apply unless the error was ours.
