Masked calling is Retrivo's privacy layer. When a finder taps “Call owner,” neither person sees the other's real mobile number.
How the relay works
- Finder enters their phone number on the scan page
- Retrivo creates a temporary masked connection between finder and owner
- Both parties see a proxy number — not personal mobiles
- Call completes through Pakistani telecom partners

Data & retention
- Call metadata (time, duration) may be logged for abuse prevention
- Calls are not sold to third parties
- Scan logs are retained per our Privacy Policy
Outside Pakistan
Masked calls require Pakistani mobile numbers on both sides. Overseas finders can still use SMS or location sharing where available. See scan page behaviour for international visitors.
